Privacy Policy
How Henleaze Roofing Company handles the information you give us.
Last updated: October 2026
Who we are
This website is run by Henleaze Roofing Company, a roofing business serving Henleaze, north Bristol and the surrounding areas. You can contact us about privacy on 0800 494 7291.
What we collect
When you use our quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your town or postcode, and the description of your roof problem. If you call us, we may note your name, number and address so that we can visit.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit, prepare a quote, carry out and guarantee the work, and keep the records we are legally required to keep. The legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing that contract, and our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. It is stored by our website host and form software, and may be shared with suppliers only where needed to do your job, or where the law requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Records of completed work are kept for the life of the guarantee and as long as tax and legal rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Call us on 0800 494 7291. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
